Who We Are at Tipping Point
The Founder
My approach is grounded in practical wisdom and more than 25 years of executive experience across public service, association management, innovation ecosystems, and health-adjacent sectors such as biotech and pharma. I’ve led teams of more than 800 through growth, conflict, and uncertainty, including during COVID. My work has often involved public speaking and conducting workshops to engage stakeholders effectively. I have worked inside organizations where stakes are high and decisions are complex. This experience shapes the way I support leaders today: honest, grounded, strategic, and focused on building capacity rather than dependency.
